DEPLOYMENT TERM

HR Management Service
- Approval - Expeditious compilation of documentations to obtain Ketua Pengarah Imigresen Malaysia approval.
- Preselection & Finalization - Short-listing biodatas for pre-selection or conducting interview from source country to finalized selections of candidates.
- Employment contract - Verification of the appropriate terms and signing of employment contract.
- IMM VDR - Application to immigration to obtain VDR / Wisma Putra Endorsements / relevant embassies attestation.
Pre-departure induction course - Selected candidates are required to attend a ten (10) day pre-departure induction course in their country of origin.
- Formalization - Timely completion of formalities such as medical examination / labour dept attestation / visa endorsement.
- Mobilization - Expeditious departure of candidates for timely deployment to clients' requirement.
- KLIA clearance - Airport clearance / Fomema check-up / orientation on job site.
- Visa / Pass - Submission of candidates' passport to immigration for visa sticker.

Documents Required For Government Procedure |

According to the requirements of the Government of sources countries such as Bangladesh, Combodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam. We have to produce the following documents to get permission for recruiting of the Manpower. The documents to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Chamber of Commerce and Wisma Putra with stamping for deployment, we take a maximum of 14 days after receiving the original documents.
